Any time you have a maintenance problem, please call us so that we can put in a work order for you. Our maintenance staff works from 7:30 until 4:30 Monday -- Friday. If you have a maintenance emergency after hours or on a weekend, please call the office and leave a message including your name, address, phone number and the nature of your problem.

Also make sure when you move in you fill out and return the Move-In Inspection Report. There you will note any imperfections of the apartment so that you will not be charged for them when you vacate.
