Something is broken in my apartment. How do I submit a maintenance request?
Please call our office at 919-309-9765 Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. In case of fire, flood, or other major emergency, please call 911 before calling our office. After hours or on the weekends, feel free to call and leave a message on our voicemail.
I want to have a pet in my apartment. Is that okay?
Sure! You must pay a one time fee of $75 per pet and your rent will be increased by $5 per month. You may have up to 2 pets in your apartment. We do not have a weight restriction on pets in Durham. We do, however, reserve the right to revoke this privilege at any time for harm caused to our staff or your neighbors due to bites, pests or damages to the apartment, so be considerate! Use proper sanitary measures and always cage your animals if you have requested maintenance to come to your apartment.
I had a shipment sent to me and I tracked it online and it says delivered but I never got it. Do you know where it is?
Larger boxes or things that must be signed for often end up at our office. Feel free to stop by anytime Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm to see if we've got it here.
I have a car. Do I need a permit for parking?
Yes, you do! You may even need two permits! The good news is that parking permits are free. First of all, all residents must have a Trinity Properties parking sticker. You can pick this up anytime from our office. Place it on the driver's side corner of the inside of your back windshield. If you plan to park on the street outside of your apartment and that street is a Durham city street, you may see a sign that says, "No Parking Except by Residential Permit" or something along those lines. In that case, you need to go to Durham's City Hall and file for a city parking permit.
