Renting at Trinity Properties is as easy as 1-2-3!
1. Submit your application along with the $30 application fee.
2. Give us a current rental reference for the last twelve months.
3. Pay a security deposit.
Deposits: In Raleigh, it's $200 per person. In Durham, it's one month's rent per apartment. Your deposit will be returned to you within 30 days of when you leave, provided there are no damages to your apartment and your lease has been fulfilled. You must have an excellent credit score and by submitting the application and fee, you give us permission to check your credit.
NOTE: If you are NOT a current full-time undergraduate or graduate student, your current monthly income must exceed four times the monthly rent for the past twelve months.
