The following is a list of the utilities. Please have the necessary utilities connected in your name by your move in date. If you are unsure about which utilities you need setup, please contact us. We love to help.

There are recycling bins located in our main parking lots. Please be sure to separate your recyclables from your trash before placing them in the bins.
Any time you have a maintenance problem, please call us at 919-851-8309 so that we can put in a work order for you. Our maintenance staff works from 7:30am until 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. If you have a maintenance emergency after hours or on the weekend, please call the office and leave a message by selecting the maintenance line when prompted. Please include your name, address, phone number and the nature of your problem.
Also, when you move in, make sure you fill out and return the Move-In Inspection Report. There, you will note any imperfections in the apartment so that you will not be charged for them when you vacate.
