Are rent prices for the whole unit or per room?
All rent prices are for the entire unit. We do not rent by the room.
Does Trinity Properties only rent to students?
No! Given our proximity to two of the Triangle's major universities, we do rent to a lot of students. However, anyone who meets our application requirements is encouraged to live at Trinity Properties.
What are the qualifications needed to live at Trinity Properties?
For full-time students, we require proof of enrollment and a clean credit history. For working professionals, we require that you make 3x the rent per month and have a clean credit history as well. If you have collections on your credit, we will ask you to pay them off in order for us to approve your application.
If I apply with roommates, are we each on the same lease or individual leases?
All units have one lease agreement. Therefore, we advise you to live with people that you know as all leaseholders must agree in order to make any adjustments to the lease agreement.
How much is the application fee?
$50 per applicant
How much is the deposit?
The deposit for a one-bedroom is $400, $500 for a two-bedroom, and $600 for a three-bedroom.
How can I pay the application fee and deposit?
You can make this payment via check, money order, or PayPal. If you want to pay via PayPal, please provide the email associated with your account and we will send you an invoice.
What is Trinity Properties' pet policy?
We encourage furry friends. We allow two uncaged pets per unit. There is a $150 pet fee per pet and the rent price will increase by $10 per pet.
Are utilities included in the rent?
No, all utilities must be set up and paid for separately.
Does Trinity Properties offer short-term leases?
We only offer 12-month leases. However, subleases are a great way to stay at our properties for a shorter amount of time.
Does Trinity Properties have access to the Wolfline Bus system?
Yes! We have multiple bus stops on each of our three properties in Raleigh.
Does Trinity Properties offer routine pest control services?
Yes, we require all of our units to be treated quarterly. We also offer extra treatments on Friday mornings by request. These services are included in the rent.
Does Trinity Properties offer parking to residents?
Yes, we have enough parking for every resident to have one vehicle on the property. We require that you obtain a parking pass from our office free of charge.
Does Trinity Properties require the renter's insurance?
Yes, we require all residents to have an insurance policy that includes at least $300,000 in personal liability coverage.
