Thanks for reaching out! You can join our 2025 waitlist by paying a refundable reservation deposit. The deposit is $400 for a one-bedroom unit, $500 for a two-bedroom, and $600 for a three-bedroom. The deposit is completely refundable up until the point that an offer is accepted for an available unit. You can make this payment via check, money order, or online via PayPal. If you wish to pay via PayPal, please provide the email associated with your account and we will send you an invoice.
We recommend joining the waitlist by January 2025 in order to have the best chance of being matched with your desired unit style and time frame. We encourage you to list as many styles as possible and to order them by preference on your application. In addition, we encourage you to provide as wide of a move-in range as possible in order to maximize your chances of being matched. We often have more style options available in June and July than we do in August.

The units that choose not to renew will make up our pool of available units for this season. We will match you with a unit based on your unit style preferences and move-in range. When we get a unit that matches your preferences, we will send you an offer for it according to your position on the waitlist. We usually begin sending out offers in April. Putting down a deposit early gives you the ability to receive an offer earlier in the year and to lock in housing quickly. We operate on a first-come, first-serve basis.
