Trinity Properties - Proudly Serving the University Community for Over 30 Years
Until the late 1960s, Duke University’s graduate student population was quite small and Duke provided on campus housing to all Undergraduate students. In the 1970s, however, there was a dramatic rise in the overall Duke student population without a concomitant growth in available student housing, both on and off campus. Seeing this need as a former Duke graduate (BA and PhD), Guy Solie founded Trinity Properties in 1976 to provide off campus housing to Duke University Undergraduate and Graduate Students. For over 30 years, we’ve been providing good, clean, safe housing within walking distance of Duke at a reasonable price. At the turn of the millennium, Trinity Properties found that there was another fantastic, booming University in need of quality off-campus housing, so we have branched out to North Carolina State University. NC State students asked for well-maintained apartments with a great location for a reasonable rate, and we have delivered with Gorman Crossings and Kensington Park! We are honored to have a great reputation from North Carolina to such far-flung locales as Beijing, Bombay and Santiago. While we have grown to meet demand, we are still a small, family-owned company and it shows in our commitment to outstanding personalized customer service. We love our residents and consider them part of our Trinity family. On behalf of all of us at Trinity Properties, we thank you for your business and we look forward to continuing to serve the Research Triangle’s University communities for years to come. |
