Simply fill out the required questions on the maintenance request form and click submit. Please be as specific as possible when describing the request.
Our office staff and maintenance team will respond to your concerns in the order they are received during normal business hours.
We do monitor requests after hours and do our best to respond to emergencies as quickly as possible. If the after hours emergency includes fire or water flooding, please also call 911 for assistance.

Common Maintenance issues and solutions:
Water leak: If a faucet or toilet is leaking, turn it off at the source
- Sink- Knob underneath
- Toilet- Knob behind base
- Breakers- Be sure to turn the flipped breaker OFF completely before putting it back in the ON position
- Fuses- If you feel comfortable changing a fuse, take the old fuse to a hardware store and buy a replacement, then install it
- Be sure that the FAN setting is always in AUTO, if it is and it is still not cooling properly, please report it to the office.
- Air filters should be changed every 3 months, changing the filter can help your AC function more efficiently. If you need assistance with this, please let us know.
