Application Instructions
- Fill out and submit the "Online Application Form" below. Keep in mind that each prospective tenant over 18 years old is required to submit an application OR Print the "Durham Application Download", have everyone fill it out, and bring it into the office (or save it as a PDF and email it to us at [email protected]).
- Mail or hand deliver application fee. It is $50 per adult. It is non-refundable. We accept checks and money orders made out to "Trinity Properties".
- To reserve a specific apartment or to get on a waitlist, include your reservation deposit in the check or money order as well. This reservation fee will be returned to you only if the application is not approved. Lease date given is final and in the event the applicant fails to take occupancy on date given, then the reservation fee will be forfeited to the Lessor. *Note: Any leases less than 12 months will have a $50 monthly short term lease fee added onto the rent amount
Applicant Qualifications:
-Excellent credit history
-i.e. history of timely payments, no collections, no charged off accounts
-Excellent rental history
-Income equal to 3 times the monthly rent or full time university student status for 2+ years
