There are recycling bins located in our main parking lots. Please be sure to separate your recyclables from your trash before placing them in the bins.
If you have a maintenance problem, please call us at 919-851-8309 during business hours so that we can put in a work order for you. Our maintenance staff works from 7:30am until 4:30pm, Monday through Friday. If you have a maintenance emergency after hours or on the weekend, please email the office at [email protected], including your name, address, phone number and the nature of your problem.
Also, when you move in, make sure you fill out and return the Move-In Inspection Report. There, you will note any imperfections in the apartment so that you will not be charged for them when you vacate.
